I didn’t set out to become a business coach.

I set out to build better businesses by helping people become better leaders.

For nine years, I led a distribution business through one of the biggest transformations of my career.

When I arrived, the business was struggling. There was little accountability, missed deliveries, poor payment performance and processes that simply weren’t working. The team worked hard, but without the structure, clarity and leadership needed to help the business thrive.

Over the following years, I worked alongside the team to create a culture built on trust, accountability and continuous improvement. As the business changed, so did the people within it. The result was not only a stronger, more engaged team, but a business that grew its revenue by more than 300%.

That experience taught me something I have never forgotten.

Businesses don’t grow because people work harder. They grow because leaders grow.

After nine years, my own journey took an unexpected turn. A difficult experience made me stop and reflect on the kind of leader I wanted to be and the impact I wanted to have on others.

It became clear that my greatest fulfilment didn’t come from improving processes or increasing profits alone.

It came from helping people realise their potential.

That realisation led me to train as a professional coach, deepen my understanding of leadership, human behaviour and personal development, and dedicate my work to helping business owners and leadership teams create lasting transformation.

Along the way, I also learned something deeply personal.

For much of my career, I believed that being a good leader meant saying yes, keeping everyone happy and avoiding conflict. Like many business owners, I discovered that people-pleasing isn’t leadership. Real leadership is creating clarity, setting healthy boundaries, holding people accountable with care and helping others become the very best version of themselves.

Today, I combine over a decade of operational leadership, business transformation, change management and coaching to help ambitious business owners and leadership teams grow with confidence.

My passion isn’t simply helping businesses become more profitable.

It’s helping leaders create organisations where people thrive, businesses become more resilient and success creates freedom rather than overwhelm.

Because I believe no one starts a business to become its busiest employee.
